Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET" was founded at the end of 1945 under the name of the Republican Association Moldzoovetsnabprom with the type of activity "supply and servicing the zootechnical sector for the growth, development and preservation of animal health"
In 2000, following the reforms, the Enterprise acquired the status and name of the closed Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET".
Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET" has a wide range of veterinary pharmaceutical products, ensuring a guarantee in the prophylaxis and control of diseases in farm animals and pets, the consumer portfolio constituting over 300 veterinary products necessary for the animal breeder.
Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET" has been operating for more than 70 years, has its main headquarters in Chisinau on Petricani Street 198, has two departments for the production of sterile and non-sterile preparations, refrigerators and specialized warehouses for storing both produced and imported preparations.
It also has a fleet of vehicles for supplying and servicing customers according to requirements.
Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET" is well organized in collaboration with all livestock breeders. It has a wide network of pharmacies and branches throughout the country for supplying and servicing consumers.
At present, the Joint Stock Company "FARMAVET" is one of the main economic agents specialized in supplying the zootechnical sector with: biological, antibacterial, anthelmintic, coccidiostatic, tonic and rehydrating products, ointments, vitamin-mineral premixes, feed additives, broad-spectrum pet food, disinfectants, rodenticides, insecticides, sanitary and hygienic materials, equipment for the veterinarian and other necessary items ordered by the animal breeder.
The strategic plan of the company is to increase and diversify the assortment of new products, in order to meet the consumer's requirements, of high quality at affordable prices.
